We are a Property Maintenance business based in the Hills District, Sydney.
We specialise in Exterior Cleaning & Gardening.
Kade founded Elevate Exteriors (was Gorau Property Services) in 2023 after exiting a successful pressure cleaning business. Wanting to continue his mission of helping of youngsters get into business.
The way we do this is by employing and contracting potential entrepreneurs that want to get into or learn more about running their own business.
Running now a team of 5, we have continued to adapt our business to assist in helping more people get into business.
There is as a standard two options after school; study more or work for someone (apprentice, full-time etc.)
We are here to break that morale.

Who we are looking for…
We are seeking motivated, reliable, and skilled contractors with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ideal candidates are individuals or businesses experienced in exterior cleaning or gardening.
Contractors who can manage their time effectively, communicate professionally with clients, and maintain high safety and quality standards.
Must be self-starters, capable of working independently while also aligning with our company's mission and values.
Individuals with the willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally within a supportive network.
Contractors should possess their own vehicle and equipment, or be willing to enter a lease agreement for equipment provided by the Company.
A minimum commitment of 20 hours per week is required to ensure consistent service delivery.
Public liability insurance is mandatory to safeguard against potential risks.
